Your initial consultation with a financial adviser is provided at no cost. This is where we’ll make a preliminary assessment of your needs and develop a picture of the extent of the advice you’ll need.
The costs associated with comprehensive advice can vary widely from person to person, depending on the complexity of your situation and the advice you need. As a general guide, fees typically range from $3,000 for more basic requirements to around $5,000 or more for complex plans.
As part of your initial consultation, your financial adviser will take you through any fees that would apply to the next stages of the planning process. You’re under no obligation to go ahead at this stage, so it’s up to you as to whether you’d like to proceed with receiving advice.
Paying for comprehensive advice
You may be able to pay for comprehensive advice relating to your super directly from your super account. Talk to our team to find out if this applies for the type of advice you may be receiving. Please note that advice relating to financial products or investments outside of super can’t be paid from your super account.
Specialised, tailored advice for more complex financial needs, such as contribution strategies, detailed retirement and estate planning, or aged care advice.
