  • Health & Wellbeing Leave
    Your health and wellbeing are important to us. We offer 4 wellbeing days a year, as well as 17 days of personal leave to look after yourself or your loved ones.
  • Purchased Leave
    Need some extra time to travel the world or survive school holidays? You can purchase an additional 4 weeks of annual leave per year.
  • Parental Leave
    As a primary carer, you’ll receive your full salary for 18 weeks and we pay full superannuation payments for up to 52 weeks, even while you’re on unpaid leave, upon your return to work.
  • Flexible working
    Love working from home? Our team all work in a hybrid model which includes some days in the office and some days from home. The policy includes several different flexible working options to ensure all our people can create the balance that works best for them.

  • Competitive Remuneration
    We know great people have options. At Equip, you’ll receive a competitive salary package, which will be communicated during the recruitment process. We’ll review it annually to make sure you’re still being remunerated appropriately.
