You have access to 360Health as a Equip Super member or if you are the children, partner, parents, or parents in-law of a Equip Super member. To use a service, click through to the MetLife 360Health page, and use the provided form.  

No, you do not need a referral to use 360Health. The service is designed to provide targeted health and wellbeing advice, but it shouldn't replace your GP.

Consultations for 360Health services are all virtual, so you can easily access your appointments from wherever you are. While the sessions are all virtual, there’s no requirement to turn on your camera if you don’t want to; your comfort comes first.

We know personal privacy and data security is of the utmost importance, which is why Teladoc Health (an independent telehealth provider) will only provide aggregated, de-identified information about how members use the services.

  1. Download the 360Health Virtual Care app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. 
  2. Enter the code EQUIP in the Membership/Customer number field. 
  3. Submit your medical questions and you’ll receive a response from a medical expert within 24 hours.
