Endre has worked in superannuation since 2003. He manages the team of Equip Super relationship managers around the country, who support our employers and their staff. Endre has extensive experience in tailored corporate super arrangements and defined benefits. He believes in partnering with employers to help them promote the benefits of super, in order to get their people the best possible retirement outcomes.

Emma has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Finance, and a Graduate Diploma in Education. She’s been involved in financial planning and super for more than 20 years, and a Relationship Manager with Equip Super for 10 years. She loves helping our members make the most of their super and work towards achieving financial freedom in retirement. She provides support and advice to a portfolio of employers and their employees, running member education seminars and helping employers and members alike to better navigate the world of superannuation. In fact, nothing makes her happier than seeing people get excited about their super!

Caroline has a special interest in women and super and strives to help empower women, educate, and close the superannuation (and gender) pay gap.

Cara provides employers with support in managing their Defined Benefit plans and with super queries, as well as assisting with member education. Cara is also a licensed financial adviser and uses this knowledge and expertise help Equip Super members to reach their retirement goals.

Diane has over 30 years experience within the superannuation industry, dealing with both defined benefit and accumulation schemes across a number of different organisations.

During this time, she has worked in a variety of roles including training, business development, account management and member education.

In her role as a Relationship Manager with Equip Super, Diane enjoys engaging with employers and supporting them with understanding their super obligations. She also likes to assist employers in arranging and conducting financial literacy and education services for their staff.

Diane enjoys helping to empower staff in taking an active interest in their super and in turn, improving their financial literacy and retirement outcomes.
