Endre Peterfy
Head of Employer Relationships, Equip Super
Endre has worked in superannuation since 2003. He manages the team of Equip Super relationship managers around the country, who support our employers and their staff. Endre has extensive experience in tailored corporate super arrangements and defined benefits. He believes in partnering with employers to help them promote the benefits of super, in order to get their people the best possible retirement outcomes.
Emma McCosh

Emma has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Finance, and a Graduate Diploma in Education. She’s been involved in financial planning and super for more than 20 years, and a Relationship Manager with Equip Super for 10 years. She loves helping our members make the most of their super and work towards achieving financial freedom in retirement. She provides support and advice to a portfolio of employers and their employees, running member education seminars and helping employers and members alike to better navigate the world of superannuation. In fact, nothing makes her happier than seeing people get excited about their super!
Caroline Melocco

Caroline is an experienced and passionate sales and relationship manager. She thrives on presenting to and engaging our employers and members alike. Having worked in corporate super for more than 18 years, helping individuals achieve a comfortable lifestyle in retirement is at the heart of everything she does. Caroline has a special interest in women and super and strives to help empower women, educate, and close the superannuation (and gender) pay gap.
Will Lewis

Will has worked in financial services for more than 15 years, in financial planning, and more recently, managing corporate super arrangements and relationships. Will provides support and advice to our employer partners on all aspects of their corporate superannuation plan. He thoroughly enjoys engaging with members to help them achieve their best financial and retirement outcomes, as well as supporting the payroll, HR and finance divisions of our key employers.

Kirk has been working in the superannuation field for over 30 years and has a lot of experience talking to members about both defined benefit, and accumulation type superannuation arrangements. He has been with Equipsuper for over 13 of those years and has enjoyed helping members and employers alike in making sense of their superannuation arrangements which are sometimes seen as complex.
Cara Sloshberg

Cara has worked in financial services for more than 11 years and has specialised in corporate and defined benefit superannuation. Cara provides employers with support in managing their Defined Benefit plans and with super queries, as well as assisting with member education. Cara is also a licensed financial adviser and uses this knowledge and expertise help Equip Super members to reach their retirement goals.

Nathan is a Financial Services professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the superannuation industry. Prior to joining Equip Super in 2022, Nathan was the Fund Secretary for the BOC Super Fund. Nathan is an advocate for promoting the best financial interests of Equip Super members, and his commitment to providing superior service is highly regarded.

Steve has a comprehensive background of over 20 years within the superannuation, business development and training sectors. Steve believes in providing customer service that goes above and beyond expectations and he places a high value on putting both members and employers at the heart of everything he does. When engaging with our members in regional Queensland and the Northern Territory, Steve's goal is to help members improve their financial literacy, especially when supporting our First Nations members.

He is well-versed in providing clients with support and advice on all aspects of corporate super. One of James' key areas of expertise is defined benefit funds. James is also passionate about empowering members to make informed decisions about their retirement. He believes that ongoing member education is necessary to equip members with the knowledge and skills they need to secure their financial future.

Diane has over 30 years experience within the superannuation industry, dealing with both defined benefit and accumulation schemes across a number of different organisations.
During this time, she has worked in a variety of roles including training, business development, account management and member education.
In her role as a Relationship Manager with Equip Super, Diane enjoys engaging with employers and supporting them with understanding their super obligations. She also likes to assist employers in arranging and conducting financial literacy and education services for their staff.
Diane enjoys helping to empower staff in taking an active interest in their super and in turn, improving their financial literacy and retirement outcomes.
