If you want general information about Equip products and your account please call our free Helpline.
The Helpline can assist you with forms, the investment choices available to you, and where to find information online. It is open for business from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (AEST), from Monday to Friday.
If you require assistance to:
a) choose the best investment option for your requirements,
b) decide how much insurance cover is appropriate for your needs,
c) understand the benefits of making additional contributions into your account, our Helpline may refer you to our Member Services team.
Member Services do not offer personalised financial planning, but can provide general limited advice relating to your Equip account on the above three topics. This involves issuing a documented Statement of Advice to support the recommendation.
Our limited advice service is currently offered on a complimentary basis for your first Statement of Advice on a single topic. A fee of $75 applies if you require advice on a second topic or the same topic reviewed again at a later date.
