SuperFriend's new guide to better mental health

Our mental health education partner, SuperFriend, has launched a new, comprehensive guide book helping employers to improve employee well being and productivity in the workplace.

SuperFriend CEO, Margo Lydon, says the booklet aims to address the knowledge gap on effective workplace strategies to promote better workplace mental health. 

"It provides actionable strategies that organisations, teams and individuals can use to promote positive mental health," she says. 

The guide is the result of a project commissioned by SuperFriend to the Work, Health and Wellbeing Team at Deakin University and the Centre for Mental Health at University of Melbourne.
