Equip is looking for a Personalisation Specialist to help drive member engagement and deliver better retirement results for our 75,000 members.
This varied role will incorporate content marketing, digital campaign automation, and website personalisation. Key responsibilities will include;
• Developing personalised content across various media channels
• Creating automated email campaigns in Marketo
• Implementing website segmentation and content
• Managing the communications schedule and reporting results
We’re looking for someone with several years digital marketing experience in an agency or corporate environment. You’ll need to be as comfortable with automated marketing platforms as the content that underpins them (and if you can write snappy headline that’s a definite plus).

Equip is in the process of building on of the superannuation industry’s leading financial planning teams and we have the need for an extra pair of para planning hands.
The key focus of the role will be to provide professional and high calibre advise documents including Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
To be considered for this position you need to possess at least 12 months experience, preferably with exposure to defined benefit funds. Knowledge of Xplan is a must, along with your RG146 qualification.
