Marketing and Events Officer

Melbourne VIC

We’re seeking applications for a newly created role of Marketing and Events Officer within the Strategic Marketing and Communications team. The role is wide-ranging, with scope to develop your skills across our marketing and communications activities. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Planning and co-ordination of member and employer events for the Equip Financial Planning and Employer Relations teams;
  • Assisting Equip Financial Planning in the implementation of its marketing communications plan;
  • Assisting in the rollout and the continued evolution of the Marcomms team’s digital platform and communications programs;
  • Developing regular marketing support and communications projects for the Growth and Employer Relations teams;
  • All facets of event and sponsorship support, including identification and management of promotional collateral.


Employer Relations Manager

Melbourne VIC

If you thrive on building relationships and love superannuation then this role might be of interest. Covering a 12-month maternity leave the purpose of this position is:

  • To foster, improve and grow relations with employers;
  • Ensure that the fund has an excellent relationship with multiple levels of contacts within our larger employer clients; and
  • Organise and present member education sessions for some of their employer portfolio and aid the Relationship Manager with a member education focus to book in sessions.
