We are currently looking for an experienced and capable claims manager. The purpose of this role is to manage the end to end claims process on behalf of the trustee office, liaising with the insurer and administrator to facilitate the effective and efficient management of all claims including death, total permanent disability, terminal illness and salary continuance. The successful candidate will have strong technical claims experience, gained within the superannuation industry, proven leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority; and critically be able to work both tactically and strategically.
Business Development Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the Equip team, reporting to our Executive Officer, Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the uptake of Equip products among existing employers. If you are passionate about superannuation; enjoy working alongside employers to drive superannuation throughout their businesses and meeting sales targets then this twelve month contract might be just what you have been looking for. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years superannuation experience, emotional intelligence and a demonstrated ability to sell superannuation.
Member Advice and Retention Officer
If you thrive on contacting members and providing accurate and timely information about superannuation then this role is for you. The purpose of this position is to proactively contact members via direct outbound calling to encourage active engagement with their superannuation fund. The successful candidate will provide general advice and exemplary customer service to members in an efficient, professional and accurate manner. Based in Melbourne, the successful candidate will have an outgoing and positive outlook together with previous superannuation experience, preferably in defined benefits and will be RG146 compliant.
