Member Advice and Retention Officer
If you thrive on contacting members and providing accurate and timely information about superannuation then this role is for you. The purpose of this position is to proactively contact members via direct outbound calling to encourage active engagement with their superannuation fund. The successful candidate will provide general advice and exemplary customer service to members in an efficient, professional and accurate manner. Based in Melbourne, the successful candidate will have an outgoing and positive outlook together with previous superannuation experience, preferably in defined benefits and will be RG146 compliant.

We are currently seeking an experienced financial planner to provide expert financial planning advice to our clients in the Traralgon area. Working from our newly renovated office in the heart of Traralgon you will be an integral part of our close knit team of advisors, provided with training and support and a genuine opportunity to grow our Gippsland business.
Core to Equip's performance is its innovative and dynamic approach. The purpose of this role is to not only support the strategic objectives of the business by delivering key projects as required, but also to drive strong and robust project methodology and discipline through the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join am energetic, can do project management office, and would suit a candidate with an aptitude for numbers and a natural curiosity for process improvement.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience with day to day administration in an operational management capacity, and preferably with a fund with a significant Defined Benefit component;
- A bachelor degree or higher in an appropriate discipline;
- Project management qualifications, preferably six sigma or similar, and the ability to distil the key issues from complex problems and recommend practical solutions.

You will have a highly developed sense of detail and be an analytical thinker, who can work with the strategic and implement the tactical.
