On 18 November 2005 we changed from weekly unit pricing to daily unit pricing and started to apply buy-sell spreads to unit prices. All unit price histories published on this page prior to that date were effectively sell prices as they included an allowance for disposal costs. These prices are now shown in the sell column. The introduction of buy-sell spreads mean transaction costs apply to contributions and rollovers into your account and to investment switches.
Any transactions received by the cut-off time on a business day will be processed using unit prices determined by reference to the market value of the underlying assets at the end of the business day. Our latest unit prices are usually updated on this page by 10am on the second business day after the business day on which they are calculated. Thus the unit prices published for 18 November 2005 applied to transactions processed and units issued on 18 November 2005, but the unit prices were not published until the close of the next business day on 21 November 2005. Details of the cut-off times are provided in the members area of this website.
