By accessing your personal superannuation account online, you can view your account balance, contribution history, select investment strategies and change some of your personal details. If you do not have your web log-in information, please contact our Helpline 1800 682 626.
Please read the following information describing some of the access and security arrangements that apply when using Member Online.
Internet Access Facility
Refers to the facility enabling you to access your superannuation account and perform certain transactions via the internet.
Access and Security
We will provide you with member log-in information.
To maximise security
You should regularly change your password. You can do this on the login screen or under the "Personal Details" menu once you have logged in.
You must ensure at all times that:
your User ID and password are kept secure and not disclosed to any external party; and you do not by any other action or omission (for example leaving your computer unattended while logged on to the Internet Access Facility), allow any external party to access information or effect transactions.
You:
Understand that your member log-in information allows anybody using it to obtain access to information and to effect transactions relating to your Account, as permitted by the Internet Access Facility. Leaving your computer unattended while logged on to the Internet Access Facility may lead to these consequences;
Authorise us, where the correct member log-in information relating to you has been entered, to treat any operations on your account, whether involving access to information or the effecting of transactions, as having been personally authorised in writing by you;
Acknowledge that we are under no duty whatsoever to enquire or establish whether a person accessing your account using the Internet Access Facility is a person actually authorised; and
Understand that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure and that, while we will take all reasonable measures to protect the security of such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us using the Internet Access Facility.
If you suspect that your member log-in information may have become known to any other person, or that for any other reason another person may have been in a position to access your account using the Internet Access Facility, you must ensure that:
> your password is changed (if relevant); and
> you inform the Administrator immediately on 1800 682 626. |
