Danielle Press - Chief Executive Officer

Danielle has wide experience in financial services and investments in markets including Australia, the USA, Europe and Asia. She joined Equipsuper from UBS Global Asset Management (Australia), where she was Deputy Head of Australia. Before joining UBS, she was an economist with the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Her international career has included diverse roles in portfolio management, product development, client management, economic analysis and investment banking. Danielle's qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.

John Rodd - Chief Financial Officer

John is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in finance and investment operations. He has worked as a senior executive in companies involved in diversified financial services, stockbroking, and wholesale funds management. His most recent role was Head of Operations at Victorian Funds Management Corporation.

Michael Strachan - Chief Investment Officer

Michael joined Equipsuper after being previously employed in a similar role for the Rio Tinto Staff Superannuation Fund. Prior to this, Michael gained extensive investing experience across a range of asset classes with leading fund managers, INVESCO and County Investment Management. His earlier career was in the resources industry.

Philippa Marshall - Company Secretary

Philippa is an experienced lawyer and company secretary. She was previously a Partner at Blake Dawson Waldron and earlier held General Counsel and Company Secretary positions with VicTrack and Macarthur Cook Limited.

John Farrington - Manager, Retirement Services

John joined Equipsuper from Citigroup, where he was Head of Retirement Services. Prior to Citigroup, John worked for AXA Australia. He has worked in most areas of superannuation and is now responsible for Equipsuper's Member Services and Employer Relations activities.

Geoff Brooks - Manager, Communications

Geoff joined Equipsuper after running his own marketing and communications consultancy. He was earlier employed in senior corporate communications positions in the travel and automotive sectors. He is now responsible for the Fund's communications and marketing activities, including print and on-line publishing operations.
