As an Equipsuper employer we recommend that you use one of two convenient online transactions facilities to make dealing with Equipsuper easy. The one applicable to you would depend on whether you're an Equipsuper employer sponsor, or you are simply paying contributions on behalf of employees who have nominated Equipsuper as their choice fund. Is suitable for businesses paying contributions on behalf of employees who have nominated Equipsuper as their choice fund. It is easy to use and is much more efficient than paying manually using forms and cheques. Employer Online allows you to use BPAY and efficiently keeps track of your superannuation payments. It even helps you to meet your superannuation obligations by sending you a reminder email when superannuation payments are due.
Is for employers who nominate Equipsuper as their Employer Fund and enables you to, not only pay contributions electronically by user-initiated direct debit, but also add and remove employees, updated employee information and so on. It also allows you to make contributions to multiple funds, enabling you to more efficiently manage payments to other complying super funds nominated by your employees if you allow Choice of Fund.
Using an online facility makes meeting your Superannuation Guarantee (SG) and other legal obligations easier. But, most of all, when you nominate us as your Employer Fund, you can get on with concentrating on your business, leaving us to provide the information, support and services your employees need to maximise their retirement savings.
You can make contributions manually by completing and lodging the appropriate voucher with your cheque payment.

Equipsuper and choice
Choice of fund came into effect on 1 July 2005 and allows eligible employees to choose which super fund they'd like their employer SG and perhaps other employer contributions paid into.
